In winter, room temperature should be not too hot and not too cold. Try to use a lower but warm enough temperature.
When taking baths or showers, use lukewarm water. For face and body, try using mild cleansers. Do not excessively scrub skin. Use a soft dry towel to dab skin.
Pay attention to knees, elbows, hands and feet, as they tend to become dry, especially the hands and both feet, they can more easily become dry.
Clothing should be comfortably layered. Wear loose-fitting cotton fabrics next to the skin. This allows you to reduce clothing as needed to prevent overheating.
