Try to maintain healthy diet and eight-hour sleep. Eight-hour sleep is imperative, because skin needs to fully recover.

Avoid junk foods, take healthy snacks instead. Do not forget to drink lots of water, as this will keep skin hydrated. Everyday, you should at least eat five servings of fruit and vegetable, this can cleanse the body toxins and improve your metabolism. When nutrition is inadequate, skin can not correctly perform its functions.

As for serious acne, rosacea, and other skin diseases, consult a dermatologist. For any prescription medication, stay vigilant, as side effects can sometimes be deadly.
