Use 5 cups of warm water, plus 1 cup of milk, soak both feet for about 5-10 minutes.
Use a half cup of vegetable oil, add 4 tablespoons' salt (or sugar), this becomes a home-made scrub mixture. You can use baby oil, sweet almond oil, coconut oil, or other vegetable oil.
Use the above home-made mixture to massage both feet. Use pumice stone to remove feet skin flakes. Then rinse and let the feet dry. Use moisturizing lotion to massage both feet. Try using skin moisturizers, like cocoa butter or Vaseline.
