Add a little milk to oatmeal. If your skin is dry, add some almond meal, also add some aloe vera or sesame oil. Use the mixture to gently rub your face, then use lukewarm water to wash off.
Weekly skin exfoliating is also important. You should try very gentle skin exfoliating products, and do not scrub the skin too much. After skin exfoliating, use a hydrating mask.
For best results, after cleansing, when the skin is still damp, immediately use the moisturizing lotion. This can help to lock in surface moisture.
