Using Sunscreen

Use higher SPF sunscreen cream, protect face and neck, upper limb and back, torso and lower limbs. Give attention to the nose, ears, hairline and the back of the neck. Before swimming, Wait 15-20 minutes.

Every three hours, re-apply sunscreen. Avoid the sun's strongest hours - between 11 am and 4 pm.

Regardless of weather conditions, always use sunscreen, even on cloudy days.

If you are pregnant, be extra careful. Because the sun can aggravate pregnancy mask or melasma. Always consult a doctor for advice, if you want to try anti-acne medication, orally or topically.
